Hey!

Thank you for showing an interest in who ‘Pretty Like A Pixie’ & ‘Tats by Meesh’ is..

My name is Miça (pronounced Meesha), I naturally have the love for art, photography, fitness, but most importantly- making people feel better. I give the extra time required for people to be able to just talk, or to just relax. It’s so important that I’m there in one way or another for anyone who chooses me as their therapist.

Holistically you’ll walk into my space and feel welcomed, with the added bonus of leaving behind unwanted negativity and leaving more uplifted & positive.

I actually went to university and become a qualified teacher, but due to home and health struggles I had to step down to take care of my family. Since 2020 I have grown this little empire around bringing up my 2 SEN children.

My girls have kept me on my toes and is so very grateful the client I have gained so far, accept that family is my priority when needed, but there’s not a day that goes by where meeting my clients needs is a must! The work life balance struggle is real! But without my family there is no reason to push myself further to create a future for us :)

My soul mate, my best friend, my husband is my biggest support, without him this business would be growing as it is. I am gaining extra confidence and self esteem as the days go past, due to the amazing clients and family who have stuck by me.

It’s my life’s purpose to give others a reason to feel good about themselves, to ensure I make someone smile and also to help them see themselves as how others see them.

My business is not just about making your nails and lashes pretty but to teach you that it’s ok to not be ok..and for you to accept you for you, to love everything about what you’ve achieved and help provide a positive vision for your future. I myself also have struggles with dyslexia and adhd, which does make my work and life balancing act even harder, but it will not stop me, over the years I have learnt my own coping mechanisms, and my clients have learnt my quirky ways. M

I have not stopped learning and providing my clients with the knowledge they deserve. where I can educate them as-well as treat to my best standards. I’m not the best business woman, i do not like charging! Simply being I’ve grown up with very little, so I understand how you may not make yourself a priority, but with the help from everyone this is improving 🫶🏻and I’m thriving.

I will be putting my teaching skills back to use and turning my salon into an academy where I can teach on a small or 1:1 basis. Having my own learning struggles I want to help other who feel the same way. Offering courses and refreshers for future business building for people and creating a new life for them is just an amazing opportunity .

As this is in the first step it will take some time, but to reassure you it will be happening :)
